Stoneboro Branch, thanks for posting the photos of ATSF passenger diesels. The photos were all new to me, and I always enjoy floating back to that era. And then reality rears its head -- I'm older than any of those diesels, but I am still fit for service.

Yeah; those are great shots from a private collection I'm helping a gentleman downsize by selling on the big auction website. The first two are 35mm; the last three are large 6cm x 6cm transparencies, which can be stunning when projected or even skillfully scanned. (I'm not there yet, but getting better...) Until I got ahold of these slides, I wasn't a Santa Fe fan; just another diehard PRR guy, but now, alas, I've been bitten by the War Bonnet bug and forced to expand my horizons a bit!
