To expand on @stan2004's statement that conventional control is universal (which I agree with, and all manufacturers should adopt on principle), please do note that plane Jane LionChief locomotives do not operate conventionally, nor does Menards "beta test" locomotive. LionChief Plus and LionChief Plus 2.0 do have abilities to run conventionally.
