Thank you, it looks like a MP would also be a good option. I took @Breezinup suggestion and did a lot of research on Google and learned a lot about the history of the Texas and Pacific RR. The T&P museum is up in Marshall, Texas which is a couple hours drive from me, so I will make a trip up there for a visit. I also found a number of color photos of T&P Cabooses painted in the "barn red" paint color with the T&P logo. Those photos brought back a ton of memories for me when I was a young kid playing down on the rail yard in Beaumont. I remembered that most of the Cabooses were that barn red color so I believe that will be the color that I will use.
