Question concerning Lionel 671 RR from 1952

juniata guyOGR Forum Member SUPPORTING MEMBERDIGITAL SUBSCRIBER

A friend of mine posed this question to me.

He has a Lionel 671 RR turbine made one year only in 1952. He is asking if this particular model came with a 671-219 ballast already installed?
