question on mth ho engines

hello. i am interested in buying a mth steam engine number 80-3274-1[which is ho] and my question is will it run on my nce system? i read where some of the ho mth engines only run on dc. the voltage on my ho track is ac but is there a way to make this engine i want run on my track or is it just dc voltage for the mth engines? thanks for the help. hope i explained it right.
