Yes, this car is the GN Great Dome Lounge “Prairie View”, which entered service on the Empire Builder in 1955.

Don, I saw another of those O scale Great Dome models at the GNRHS convention in Bellingham, WA in 2018. Apparently they were promotional displays for GN’s ticket offices in major cities. The one I saw had been repainted to Big Sky Blue. FYI
