Question: What are these 2 structures ??

Hey Forumites, having a dumb attack here, I can't recall the proper names of these 2 items, I want to purchase them off of the internet and it's kinda hard if you input the wrong names. (photos used and enlarged off of Laidoffsick's layout) Sorry about that but you had the only structures that I could pinpoint right away.
