Quick navigation dropdown gone

Up until a couple of days ago, there was a convenient dropdown that appeared whenever you scrolled in a forum or post that gave quick navigation to the top of the forum. I used that a lot, but it has disappeared. Any reason that would be gone, I don't recall changing any options on my end. It's gone in Firefox and Chrome, so I suspect it's something that happened on the forum end.
