Fallout from the re-arrangement relating to the line with the links being too wide and crossing over more than one line and creating other issues.
(I'm assuming you mean the previous heading that said "The OGR On-Line Forum", and would then spawn all the sub-forums when you moused over it.)
While the issue that was complained about in that thread (now seeming to have been erased from history - as I can't see my reply in my activity) was addressed, this disappeared with the update there.
