Quillable Whistle MTH USRA Heavy Pacific Proto Sound 3.0

Greetings Everyone,

Just purchased a MTH Reading & Northern Heavy Pacific from Stockyard Express (Thanks Clyde!) and it is supposed to have a "Quillable Whistle". nod The only information provided with the engine is a generic abbreviated "Cheese Ball" owners manual that outline the basic stuff. rolleyes However, it is noted that for a "complete manual" one must go to the MTH site and it is downloadable from item page by clicking on the "Open Book" icon. nod Well, I follow the instructions and discover that the "Open Book" icon is inactive and the complete manual is unavailable. eek Soooo, my question is, how do I activate the Quiliable Whistle? confused Any help will be appreciated!! thumb
