These are/were available directly through Macy's. You can call a store, or visit a store. Just be sure to have the full Macy's SKU handy, 'cause the customer service rep will need to order this for you (unless you happen to visit one of the few stores carrying them).

Not sure of current availability. I posed the question a couple of weeks ago, but nobody has answered (yet). So let us know what you find. Best of luck.
