Note that the key word there is "operates", i.e. the R.J.Corman Company is the Designated Operator for all those many short lines, which generally means that some other concern OWNS the railroad.
They also operate dinner trains, offer derailment services and have many other businesses. You can find out all about the company by visiting their website at www.rjcorman.com.
