Came out of one of my favorite restaurants in Mineola the other day and caught the 2:51 from Penn Station to Huntington leaving Mineola.

The LIRR is winding down the Third track expansion project and have extended the station platforms further east.

The site was the long time home of the Nassau Tower which controlled the interchange between the LIRR main line and the Oyster Bay Branch.
