Rail King Controller and z750 transformer help

Hi,

New to hobby - received basic Lionel train set from family member since my 3 yr old loves trains last Christmas for under tree.

Bought above controler and worked fine last yr online. This year unpacked and not working (no green light) and transformer circuit breaker switch not tripped. External connections seem ok.

Any tips for trouble shooting? Is there an internal fuse that may need to be replaced etc
