RailKing 40' High Cube Box Car coupler broke - replacement?

I have an Illinois Central RailKing 40' High Cube Box Car that a coupler broke. https://mthtrains.com/30-74334

Looking at the MTH website, I was able to find part numbers for Premier line boxcars, but not for RailKing. The closest I found was DD-0000009 (which may not be available, https://www.mthtrains.com/part/DD-0000009) or maybe the coupler assembly (https://mthtrains.com/dd-0000073). I don't know if the Premier line and RailKing used the same couplers, so I'm at a loss. Do I order these and try them out? Do I just scrap both couplers and obtain new ones from ... somewhere? Any insight would be helpful.
