Reply to "Rattle can boxcar red paint"

I used the first plastic specific paint that came out. I think (krylon or rusty???) It sprayed and foamed like DOW's "scrubbing bubbles". It was thick as mud and wiped out all the details. What a mess. (I paint autos pretty well) I never had CLEAN plastic shed paint. I won't use the plastic specialty paints again... good luck if you choose that route. I'd sooner be careful with lacquer. (lacquer can eat plastic if great care isn't taken; no wet coats. misting and lots of dry time before a recoat. I.e., lots of very light mists/ "tack coats")
