I usually get my belts & pulleys from Stock Drive Products (SDP). I far as I can tell the belt for the Sunset 70 tonner is a 40 tooth, or 40 slot, DP40. When I went to SDP's website I only showed these in stock...and only two of them at that. Here's a link;
