George, you are correct! I apologize as I wasn't clear in my post; I meant that once RRMPA has completed the roundhouse project (and the 'stabilization of the PRR steamers'), they will have the ability to focus their attention on other things, for instance acquiring new pieces.

As a side note, RRMPA did an 'ask me anything' online event earlier in the quarantine; during which they stated that they do have a collection plan (list of pieces they wish to acquire in the future) and a Reading T1 is in the plan. While it's kind of self-explanatory, they said it basically comes down to the availability of the engine and them having space. As we learned with 1187, asking for something might make it available .
