Really dim drumhead and marker lights 20-65237 Picture attached

I run my new California Zephyr and it has very nice bright drumhead and markers. The 20-65237 is very dim. I see there is a board with what look to be 4 diodes. Is something wrong that they are so dim, or is this normal?
