Recommendation Wanted for a quality headlamp

All:

I had a headlamp from Harbor Freight (Quantum was the brand) that lasted awhile and then just became flaky (loose or too small wires that have broken). It was awesome when it worked, but what a PITA. I am disgusted with it.

Any suggestions for a replacement? I am looking for a high quality one.
