The 6-28306 GE Hybrid as well as 6-11135 VISION 2-10-10-2 SANTA FE 3000 speaks speed-related info, but neither will talk about fuel levels. These are among the earliest of locomotives with the I/R transmitter, subsequent product have the full implementation of these features.
