Here is the simplified illustration that Stan was kind enough to supply us and the basis for the panel I put together in the picture I posted above. Only thing different for me was the second batch of latching relays I received from our Asian friends used a negative trigger instead so I had to flip the diodes and switch the lead from the FRM01 and use the negative side.
