John, the only thing I could suggest is to take the television and your instruction sheet to Radio Shack, if no luck there, in Pottsville there is a store called Moyer Electronics, just off Route 61, you could give them a call, and see if you could fax or scan a copy of your instruction sheet, they could look at it and see if they might have something that would make a trip worthwhile.
