Repainting a 1954 Chevy Pepsi Panel Truck

A friend wants me to repaint his 1954 Chevy Panel truck. I've removed the front and rear chassis screws and the frame is still stuck somewhere in the rear near the wheels. Anyone know what is preventing it from separating? Thanks!
