Repair broken Fahnstock clip on Lionel AF drum loader

RubinGOGR Forum Member SUPPORTING MEMBERDIGITAL SUBSCRIBER

While trying to detach the wires from the drum loader so that I could one of the fixes so that the drums will load reliably, the clip used to attached the wire from the power source snapped off. Any suggestions for the best way to repair or replace the clip would be appreciated.

Also, any suggested fixes for the erratic barrel loading not previously posted would be appreciated.
