There are some undefined issues with the DZ-2500Cs and the DZ-1008s. The relay was designed to go with and specifically "plug into" the DZ-1000s.

I think the DZ-1008s use with the DZ-2500Cs was as I said above "an afterthought"; like well here's a relay!
