If it helps, the bracket's part number is 691-8018-T-35. The downside is that bracket and sensors used thinner wires and the colors were red, white and black.

If a suitable substitute alone is at your disposal, I'm pretty sure it can get the sensor with the green, blue and yellow wires into it and get it to work.
