Reply to "Replacing Batteries with BCRs in MTH PS1 and PS2 Locomotives"

I was looking on Mouser’s site & there are some 3.3F, 2.7v caps about half the price of the JUMT1335MPD caps. Most others have a lower ESR & lower leakage current spec. I wouldn’t think that would be critical for the application in question but thought I’d better ask. Are these junk & to be avoided?
