"Request Timed Out", "Error", "Not Working!" MTH DCS WIU

HI all! We just received our two WIUS and hooked them up for the first time last night. Everything worked great, but this morning I went to use another device to run the trains and when I went to add an engine all I got was,"Request Timed Out!" Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong?
