Requesting latest DCS loader and 4.2 files

Have been unable to download these files from www.protosound2.com using IE8 or Firefox. Both browsers say MTH certificate is expired in 2011, and won't let me continue.

Obviously others are getting the files to update their TIU, so I must be missing a step, at wrong site or phase of the moon interference. Worst case, I'll ship it to MTH.
