I'm flying to Oregon at Christmas, I sure hope the hysteria has died down by then.

I got a stent 3 years ago, I try to eat heart healthy and it's hard. I break the rules frequently especially f it's something I like.

I'm in a senors group at church and I see people who have stents eat terribly unhealthy
