Reply to "Retirement Community Model Railroad"

Yesterday I received in the mail the June/July issue of OGR Magazine, and found the article about the O Gauge railroad in the retirement community very inspiring.

What better place is there for a model railroad than having one at a retirement community, nursing home or children's hospital. IMO, this is the highest and best use for a model railroad.

I would love to see similar articles in future editions of OGR Magazine.

Bravo to OGR magazine for publishing this article, and Bravo to Dick Philpott and John Penca for building the layout and creating  the article and photographs! Arnold

We are a small O Gauge model train Club in a northern subburb of Montreal, Quebec (Le Cheminot, a non profit organization).

We would be interested in establishing ourselves in such an environment. To help us fully understand this task,  would it be possible for some of you to kindly sent me a PDF copy of this article?

I was a long time member of the OGR Digital publications but I left a few months back because our club had to leave our last premise and is currently without a premise.

It would be very useful and we would be grateful.

I am a very old contributor to this forum in the field on train controls (such as MTH-DCS, Lionel Legacy and TMCC) and I am a long time friend of the late Barry Broskowitz.

Thank you very much.
