Ringling Bros. Circus Train - to DC

Trying to find info on when the Ringling Brothers Circus Train will be going to Washington DC. This will be the final trip there and it is supposed to traverse thru the Riverton Wye near Front Royal, VA.

Does anyone know when this could occur?
