Not sure what you are asking, but try the Poly function. Its at Objects/Basic Shapes/Poly. Left click on Poly and you come up with a marker at the cursor. Place the marker where you want it and left click once. Move the marker to the next position and left click once. Keep doing this to define your shape. At the last position, double click and you are done.
You can do the same with the polygon fill function which actually might be better.
