Reply to "RRich Yoder (RY Models)..Any 3 Rail?"

Yes, I should have remembered the 44 tonner.  I thought about buying it, but did not

want to get away from steam....since it was an actual scale one, I was sorely tempted.

Norm, somebody said RY trucks, which are available for separate sale, not cheap but

probably nice, are difficult to convert to three rail: did you replace the trucks or

just the wheel sets (I hope, I hope)?  (no question his rolling stock looks good,

and I am really sorry he did not do the trick now being done, demand reservations

and a deposit) Our loss, and odd, since I have seen other posts clamoring for a scale 44T.  Not that I'd be putting together a train of $400 brass cars, but

every now and then he has a unique and appealing one.  This flyer shows ACL

and C&O watermelon cars....ACL, sure, but C&O?  Prototype photos are there.
