Reply to "running 2 rail cars on three rail track"

I have run Weaver two rail passenger cars on three rail, no problem. I think it depends some on how close the wheel flanges are to prototype. Weavers may have slightly larger flanges than NMRA profile. This on Gargraves track with Ross switches.
