Is your Legacy base cabled to the TIU with the proper cable? You do realize you have to turn on the Legacy base to run TMCC/Legacy using the DCS remote, right?

Have verified I have the correct cable and know that in order to run the Legacy loco using the DCS remote the TIU and Legacy Base need to both be powered up.
