Yeah, I can utilize my new Sw7 which is Legacy.

Two questions:

When you use the app with the Acela, does the LED on the command base blink when you send a command from the app?
When you run the Acela from the Cab-2 does it work fine?

If both answers are "yes', the problem is most likely that you gave the Acela a wrong TMCC ID# when you added it to the app.
