It would not surprise me if we saw a Frisco northern in 4500, I think there were a few notherns in real life painted up as the   Meteor.

Time will tell. Either way, the loco for sale up there is a good deal!

There were only three Frisco Northern's painted up in Meteor: 4500, 4501, 4502 and were oil burners.  4503-4514 and 4515-4524 were coal burners that got the Frisco Fast Freight treatment:

4-8-4 SLSF 4503

However, they also pulled passenger trains when needed:

4-8-4 SLSF 4506

Later on, all the fancy lettering was dropped:

4-8-4 SLSF 4503 2

Frisco fully dieselized in 1952.  All of the Northern's and a handful of others were held in reserve for Korean war service, but the call never came.  Beginning 1953 Frisco began donating locomotives to interested communities.  By 1956 most of Frisco's remaining steam locomotives were sent to scrap.
