I went "Hmmmm" a while ago and did this to my AM Northern. Not a perfect Greenbriar, but as a quickie project, it's fine. I stretched a Flyer tender by hacking up two of them, and with a little paint and decals, here it is:
So if you want to do the Meteor, have at it! The only trouble with mine is that I have an extra SF style tender shell. That's offset by the cab number which is actually a C&O number for one of their 4-8-4s. Now, we expect to see your Meteor soon...!
