According to the "Early Registration" form i received a few days ago it says:

NEW: Dealer Halls Open to the Public Fri 9AM to 6:30 PM & Sat 9 AM to 4 PM.

Inside it says Member Halls close at 2 PM.

Obviously no information about costs to the public.
