I for one am blown away with the idea that a stupid coupler could cause such angst.
I'm still working on how "we" are supposed to do that and why it's our responsibility, too. It's only very recent history that KD has offered anything more than the old 804/805 couplers (almost all that I use still...), and that broadening of product line has met with considerable approval. However, change vs. inertia is slow on the best of days.
