Scale wheelsets

I have run short of steel 2-rail 42" Diesel wheelsets. Anybody have extras I can buy? Prefer Lobaugh - a 42" wheel measures 7/8" over the tread - used on Alco PA/PB, among others. I use only older .172 width wheelsets. Thanks.
