Don't know what browser you're using, but I use Firefox. When you get to the SCARM home page and find the download link (just a little down from the top of page), left click once on the link. A popup box appears asking if you want to save the file. Left click on the Save box, and another popup appears telling you the drive and folder where you want the file saved to. Look through the contents (because, unless you just changed it, that is your default download folder) and you might see the file already there. If not, either change the location or not (but, be sure to note the location) and download the file again.
