Mixy, since the design is already in SCARM with the Minitrix library, I'd simply use a different layer to lay track from the Kato library over the Minitrix track using a different color. Then I'd delete the layer with the Minitrix track. You can turn the Minitrix layer on/off as needed to do the "tracing" with the Kato track. I've converted my design from Atlas to GarGraves/Ross and ScaleTrax and from O36/O45 curves to O45/O54 and O42/O54 curves using this method. It goes pretty quickly once you get in a rhythm.
