The layout is an around the wall with peninsulas and is continuous running. It is built with L girder construction. It is ~ 16' x 20'. I started building it in 2006 and finished the last major area (town) in 2012. As I stated, I have continued to model some mini-scenes here and there to keep me involved. I have run out of real estate so I will replace a building, but not too often because I like what I have.
