I did a factory reset the other day to address another unrelated issue. Still no light but thanks for the suggestion.

Typing in the product number leads you into a quagmire with no answers as there is no product diagram available. And the parts list has about 40 different GOW possibilities in two different sizes. Some with a plug some without and all different voltages, and no reference to what they're for. MTH makes helping yourself more difficult than it should be.
