All PS-2 equipped locos are 5 (or 6) volt bulbs. They have a plug on the bulbs, and a socket that comes from the circuit board. I would check the socket from the circuit board. Sometimes the tiny wire breaks off the pin that it is soldered to, but it is hard to tell because the heat shrink on the pin covers it up. Give a GENTLE tug on the wires there and see if they come loose.
