No. Freight locomotives are NOT equipped with HEP 480 volt three phase AV power for passenger equipment. Thus, whenever a "freight unit" is used fro a railroad executive "business car" special, there must be an HEP "power car" in the train consist.
I googled for hours and could not find anything
Have you tried Union Pacific business car specials.
