I saw this older thread and thought to add .. I just got some red switchman (without the shed, that has a flag instead of a lantern. air tank plastic covers)

I painted them and used double sided foam tape to install..

I thought about other ways, but wanted as low a profile I could find .

not to mentions not too expensive either...daniel
